Clean rooms but noisy nights
Waking up to the stunning mountain view made our stay feel special. The hotel provided plenty of space for our dog, adding to our comfort.
Unfortunately, the noise from a late-night argument disrupted our peace. Additionally, the automated phone system was frustratingly unhelpful for reaching the front desk.

Dated rooms with tarnished fixtures and worn carpets could use an upgrade!!! Not enough assistance available during busy periods!!!

great views but basic accommodations
The views of the surrounding mountains were stunning. I appreciated the ample outdoor space for my dog to stretch his legs. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a day of activities.

The comfortable beds and accommodating staff made our four-night stay enjoyable. However, the outdated room decor was a letdown given the price.

Conveniently nestled near the Town center, the location offers easy access to attractions like the Warren Pac Miller theater and 320 Guest Ranch. The indoor pool with a waterslide provided a fun way to unwind after a long day exploring the mountains, while the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made it a pleasant retreat.
However, amenities like the breakfast fell short, featuring a very limited selection that left much to be desired. The absence of an elevator in the three-story setup became quite a hassle as lugging heavy bags up steep stairs was no joy, especially with kids in tow. I also noticed the rooms showed signs of aging with worn carpets and dated fixtures, which was surprising given the nice lobby ambiance.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed a cozy night in the Queen room. The beds were quite comfortable, and we appreciated the quality toiletries. However, cleanliness could be better, especially with the clutter in corners. For future guests, request a room away from potential noise!

While the indoor pool and water slide were fantastic for the kids, the hotel had some issues that made our stay less enjoyable. Beds were uncomfortable, Wi-Fi was unreliable, and breakfast options were disappointingly limited. Overall, it’s a decent budget choice if you don’t expect luxury.

It was just a well-suited match for a getaway in Big Sky with excellent value for money. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great treat after a long day. Be sure to book a room on the main floor if you have heavy luggage.

I loved the warm and inviting decor of the lobby and common areas. The spacious layout made it easy for me to navigate, ensuring a comfortable stay for seniors like myself. The staff were attentive to every need.
More breakfast variety would enhance the experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the stunning national park and enjoyed some epic snowboarding. The location was perfect, and it was great to have a shuttle option to get around. The pool looked nice, and the free laundry was a bonus for our group.
One downside was the breakfast. it could've had a bit more variety than what was offered.

The best part of my stay was the friendly staff, especially Whitney, at the front desk. She went out of her way to help me find a room when I faced an unexpected situation at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, making it a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the easy access to the surrounding mountains, which offered breathtaking views. The area felt nice and quiet, perfect for relaxation. However, the breakfast was a little limited in variety, which was disappointing. I also noticed the phone in my room didn’t work, making it hard to reach the front desk for questions. Also, some areas were worn and could use updating to enhance the experience overall. I enjoyed my time but felt these improvements could make it better.
